Hmm, cell phones. Do I have anything good to say about them? Umm.. no, not really. Not even a year ago I cancelled my last contract because the phone I had just sat in the cradle in my office. It normally didn't get touched unless I was going on a trip or I was expectiing to be late. The plan I had was quite expensive considerring the 5-10 minutes I would use it each month, so it is gone..
Nothing is ever that black and white though, is it? Several months later I find myself living on the east coast and working in on a flight crew. The schedule is odd to say the least and I now find myself on call much of the time. Tired of being stuck within an arms reach of my house phone I broke down yesterday and picked up another phone. I know.. I know.. I just finished explaining why I had very little use for the damn things. 
The cell phone allows me to enjoy my 'on call' time much more than I'd be able to without it. The SPH a460 is a cute little phone and is crammed with more features thatn I'll ever use. If you want to see any of the specs for it (*shrug* maybe you're _really_ bored) you can click on the picture above.Pivot, the great weblog tool used to power this site, has a moblogging feature that I might just experiment with down the road. The phone doesn't have a built in camera but I may try out a few text posts the next time I travel somewhere. Hmm, I guess having another new phone may not turn out to be all bad after all. I'll keep you posted!

O yes, I know. I hardly use mine too.
But I keep it, just in case, you never know what happens (and I like the games on it, too

About the only function I use on mine is the alarmclock. Every morning at 7:30
