Try to beat my high score in this addictive penguin game. After a period of not being able to get through to the site that originally hosted it I copied it to my server to save them some bandwidth!. 

Brrr.. Today feels like winter!

In the old house I live in the heat doesn't circulate in the upstairs rooms as well as one would like. I sure feel the chill in the air today!

Engrish captions (rotfl)...

I visited MKT today and discovered a link to a site that explained Engrish to me." Engrish is a slang term which refers to an English language phrase that arose through poor translation of another language..." Some examples of this can be found in the recent Lord of the Rings movie, The Two Towers:

Needless to say I went through every one of the examples that were posted and laughed until it hurt. If anyone has more examples of Engrish subtitles please let me know!

It's kind of weird the way I just happen across different sites all of the time. Radicalgraphics.org has some pretty amazing graphics that are sorted into various groups. This pic was just one of many that caught my eye.

Name Change

Happy New Year

Another year has slipped by. This year has been very different from the many preceding it though. This year has seen so much change that I still find it hard to believe that I am sitting where I am today. Some of the changes include a major change in my career, 7 months of school, relocation of my family and the purchase of my first owned home. The coming year is sure to be both challenging and very rewarding and I look forward to it very much.

I would not have had the strength to make such drastic changes in my life if it were not for the love and support of my wife and kids. To them I would like to say thank you and remind them that they are the most important part of my life. If not for them, I would no doubt be working in a grocery store or driving a cab.

To everyone else, I wish you a Happy New Year. May it be filled with loving family, close friends, perfect health and prosperity!
